When an indicator doesn’t apply, mark it N/A and record why. The reason is kept on file, so your report and your auditor both know it was deliberate.
Your team ticks each indicator as approved for the year, so it’s clear what’s signed off internally before it goes anywhere.
Once a figure is finalized, if it later changes your JRC consultant is alerted — by email and in the app — so the report never quietly drifts out of sync.
